What to tell us when you call
Four things let us give you a useful answer rather than a vague one.
- What you have seen, heard or found, and roughly when it started
- Which room or part of the building it is in
- Whether it is a house, a flat, an HMO or commercial premises
- Whether there are pets, young children or anyone with a relevant health condition in the property
If it is urgent, say so when you call. Wasps near a doorway, rodents in a commercial kitchen and anything involving a sting allergy get priority.
