Commercial pest control and contracts
For restaurants, cafes, takeaways, offices, care homes, schools and managed property. Scheduled visits, written reports and callout cover between them.
What you are actually buying
For a commercial client, pest control is not really about the pests. It is about being able to prove that pest management is being handled when someone asks.
Under the Food Safety Act 1990 and the retained food hygiene regulations, food businesses must keep premises pest-proofed and have adequate procedures in place as part of their HACCP system. No law requires you to hold a contract. But without one it is very difficult to demonstrate adequate procedures to an Environmental Health Officer, and evidence of pest activity at an inspection will reduce your Food Hygiene Rating.
That rating is displayed on your door and repeated on every delivery platform. A drop from five is a public, measurable, revenue-affecting event.
What a contract includes
The same things the national operators provide, from a local firm that answers its own phone.
Free site survey
We walk the premises, assess the risk and map the monitoring points before quoting anything.
Scheduled visits
At an agreed frequency to suit the risk level of the premises, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
Same-day written reports
A report after every visit, in a format an EHO or a BRC auditor will accept for your due diligence file.
Callout cover included
If something appears between scheduled visits, we attend. It is part of the contract, not an extra invoice.
Out-of-hours attendance
We work around your trading hours so a treatment never costs you a service.
Multi-site cover
One contract and one number for landlords, letting agents and managing agents with property across the area.
