Real figures, published up front. Most pest control firms in South London will not give you a price until someone has been out. We will.
Treatments
All prices exclude VAT and are a starting point for a standard domestic property. The final figure is confirmed after inspection, and we will tell you before any chargeable work begins.

Heat treatment
For severe bed bug and moth infestations, and for short-let or HMO property where one visit is the only practical option. Heat kills every life stage, including eggs, which chemical treatment cannot do in a single pass.

Proofing and drainage
Treatment removes what is already inside. Proofing is what stops it coming back, and it is quoted separately because every building is different. This is also where having a building contractor in-house makes a difference: we carry out the repairs ourselves rather than handing you a list.

What changes the price
These are starting prices for a standard job. Five things move them.
- The size of the property and how many rooms are affected
- How established the infestation is, and how many visits the programme needs
- Whether proofing or drainage work is required alongside treatment
- Access and height work, such as roof voids, soffits and ledges
- Evening, weekend and same-day attendance, which carries a premium
